  19. <p>     At some point during his early life, PRINCE must have
  20. opened a fortune cookie that read, "Prolificity will bring
  21. unforeseen rewards." Seven months after rock's pint-size
  22. powerhouse signed a megadeal with Warner Bros. Records to make
  23. six albums at $10 million a pop, he capriciously decided to bid
  24. ciao to his studio-recording career. Yet he still expects to
  25. make good on his WB contract--thanks to his library of 500
  26. unreleased tunes. Newly acquired spare time will go to film,
  27. theater and interactive media projects, says his spokesman.
  28. Unlikely as the collaboration may seem, Prince has even teamed
  29. up with director James Brooks to help score a movie musical
  30. comedy.
